Patna : World No 8 & 4th seed Andrey Rublev, 23, Russia, defeated qualifier Marton Vucsovics, 29, Hungary, in straight sets in final to lift the singles title at ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament at Rotterdam, Netherland, an ATP 500 event. on March 7, 2021, night. Rublev beat World No 59 Fucsovics 7-6, 6-4 in 1hr 50 minutes in the final winning 3 consecutive games in a close contest to win his 8th career title..

Rublev won a tiebreak and 1 break point during the match.  The Russian, in all, won 87 points during the match to 75 points by the Hungarian. Fucsovis though fired 6 Aces in the match to 3 by the Russian.  Rublev won 500 rankings points for the winning the title while runner-up Fucsovics got 300 rankings points. Rublev had defeated 2nd seed Stefanos Tsitsipas, 22, Greece, in semi-finals.
