Patna : Motorcycle borne criminals looted Rs 6 lakh cash from Shekhar filling station located on Patna – kMasaurhi road around 4 am on January 9. The incident took place under Dhanarua police station in Patna district.
Police said that eight na0persons riding four bikes reached the petrol pump and asked the employees to fill petrol in their bikes. As the manager of the pump came out of his office, the criminals took him hostage at pistol point and looted Rs 6 lakh from the cash box and escaped from there. On getting information, Dhanarua police along with DSP, Masaurhi, reached there. The cops took the hard disc of CCTV camera installed at the petrol pump to identify the criminals involved in cash loot.
