Bagaha: Criminals looted Rs 3 lakh cash from Ajay Kumar Pandey, collection agent of a cement dealer of Bettiah, near village Goeti on Bagaha- Semara road in West Chmparan district on December 24 evening. Ajay hails from Chanpatia in the district. Bagaha SP Shankar Jha on December 25 said that Bettiah cement dealer Raju Kumar Saraf ‘s collection agent Ajay Kumar Pandey, after collecting money from Bagaha, was going to Semara, on a a bike. As soon as he reached near village Goeti, four criminals riding two bikes intercepted him at an isolated place, looted Rs 3 lakh cash kept in his bike’s dicky and escaped. SP Jha said that Pathakauli police were investigating the case.
