Bokaro (Jharkhand) : Body of a 45 year old CISF cop R K Prasad, who was deployed at Kalyani project of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) in Chandarapura industrial city area, 20km away from Bokaro Steel City, was found lying on the ground with multiple injuries early morning on December 5, 2017.
According to Bokaro SP Kartik S, the ghastly act of killing was committed by group of robbers who came to steal coal which the CISF cop Prasad objected to resulting in his killing. Prasad beaten up by rods, sticks and even stone which proved fatal.
“ R K Prasad was not killed by Maoists but by robbers about which we have got ample proof and police have a manhunt to nab the assailants,” stated Bokaro SP.
