Bagaha: Traffic on NH 28 b from Bihar’s Madanpur to Paniyahiwa in Uttar Pradesh has remained suspended since September 15, 2018, due to incessant rains during last 48 hours. A number of heavy vehicles were stranded at Madanpur and Paniyahawa.
Rain water is flowing one to two feet high on a State Highways, which links Bagaha to Valmikinagar through dense forest, near Hardiyachati in Bagaha police district. The Wildlife have started deserting their dens and shifting to neighbouring crops fields and destroying it.
