Patna : Leader of Opposition in Bihar legislative assembly Tejaswi Yadav on April 4, 2018, released a 72-page chargesheet against Nitish Kumar Government. Tejaswi, an RJD MLA from Raghopur in Vaishali district serving his first term in the Bihar Assembly, charged CM Nitish Kumar with surrendering before his ally the BJP. He termed the NDA government an all round failure saying Bihar had failed to benefit from the NDA government at the centre.
Tejaswi said that Bihar had neither been granted the special status nor has the Rs 1.25 lakh crore package announced by PM Narendra Modi made any difference. He alleged that Nitish Kumar was assisting the BJP in creating a Vipaksh ( opposition) Mukta Bharat. Tejaswi also attacked the Nitish Kumar government for its failure to prevent communal tension in different parts of Bihar recently. The state government was no longer running on the agenda of ‘Saat Nischay’ of Nitish Kumar, Tejaswi alleged.
