Patna: Union communications and IT minister Ravishankar Prasad will inaugurate a seminar on contemporary status of higher education in Bihar on Friday at Bihar Industries Association hall. The seminar is being organised to celebrate the 80th birthday of former Bihar CM Jagannath Mishra. The union minister of state for human resources development Upendra Kushwaha will be the chief  guest on the occasion. Former chief secretary V S Subdey and financial advisor in union home ministry Sanjeev Mishra will be main speakers. Former principal of Patna College Nawal Kishore Chaudhury will deliver lecture on higher education.
