Railway employees advised to communicate with customers in their language

Muzaffarpur: Senior divisional Manager ( Commercial), Samastipur division of East Central Railway (ECR), Dilip Kumar on Thursday asked the railways employees to the  communicate with the customers in their language. He was addressing a workshop on implementation of Raj Bhasha for employees at Muzaffarpur railway station. He also asked them to perform their official work in Hindi. Kumar advised the railways employees to prepare Reservation Chart and Tender circulars in Hindi. He, however, said that the employees can use English technical words in the absence of appropriate Hindi technical words. Station Superintendent Sudhir Kumar Singh and Chief Commercial Inspector R R Ojha also addressed the workshop
