Patna : Rahul Balasaheb Aware, 26, India, clinched gold medal in men’s 57 kg freestyle wrestling event at Gold Coast Commonwealth Games (CWG) on April 12, 2018, at Carrara Stadium, increasing India’s gold medal tally to 13 at the on going games. Rahul, who belongs to Maharashtra and studied at Pune, defeated Canada’s Steven Takahashi 15-7 in the final.
