Querrey, who had stunned top seed Novak Djokovic, Serbia, in third round at Wimbledon in 2016, upset Busta 7-6, 6-4, 7-5 on Court No 16 at All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, Wimbledon, London, to sail into the 2nd round.
