Ara : Acting Vice-Chancellor, Veer Kuer Singh University (VKSU), Ara, Nand Kishor Sah on August 29, 2018, served show cause notices on Principals of five colleges for their failure to submit the list of BA part I students of session 2017-2020 despite several reminders. Sah, in his communication to the 5 principals, said that if their replied were not found satisfactory and they fail to submit the list at the earliest, the affiliation of their respective colleges would be cancelled.
The colleges that have not submitted the list of students of session 2017-2020 so far are : Tapeshwar Singh Indu Mahila College, Ara, J J College, Dalmianagar, B S College, Indor, Banshiram College, Dalmianagar, and Janata College, Dhansoi.
The acting VC said that all the 73 colleges including affiliated colleges under the VKSU were asked to submit lists of students of BA part I session 2017-2020 and all except these five colleges have submitted their lists. He said that the university administration sent several reminders in this regard to these colleges but to no avail. He further said these five colleges had sent lists full of errors and so were asked to submit the rectified lists .
Sah said that the registration work is pending due to non-submission of data by these five colleges and thousands of students will have to bear the brunt due to the laxity of these colleges. He once again directed these five college to submit rectified data of students of BA part I session 2017-2020 so that their registration work could be started. He warned if they did not submit the data action would be taken against the Principals of these colleges and affiliation of these colleges would be cancelled.
