Patna : Novak Djokovic (11,160 points), Serbia, Rafael Nadal (7,765 points), Spain, Alexander Zverev  (5,770 points), Germany, Roger Federer (5,590 points), Switzerland, and Dominic Thiem (5,085 points), Austria, remain World No 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 respectively in the ATP rankings released on April 29, 2019, but Matteo Berrettini, 23, Italy, has jumped 18 places to be ranked World No 37 in the rankings with 1,145 points after winning the Hungarian Open title last week at Budapest. But, Stefanos Tsitsipas, 20, Greece, has slipped 2 places to be ranked World No 10 with 3,030 points.

Prajnesh Gunneswaran, 29, India, has slipped 17 places to be ranked World No 92 with 623 points. Nicolas Jarry, 23, Chile, has jumped 11 places to be ranked World No 70 with 769 points after reaching the quarter-finals of Barcelona Open last week. Filip Krajinovic, 27, Serbia, has jumped 28 places to be ranked World No 77 with 721 points after reaching the final of Hungarian Open. Guido Pella, 28, Argentina, has jumped 2 places to be ranked World No 26 with 1,445 points. Laslo Djere, 23, Serbia, has jumped 4 places to be ranked World No 29 with 1,324 points.

Andrez Martin, 29, Slovakia, has jumped 56 places to be ranked World No 199 with 259 points after reaching the final of two ATP Challenger tournaments in China ( Anning & Nanchang)  in April 2019. Ramkumar Ramnathan, India, has jumped 5 places to be ranked World No 146 with 391 points. Emilio Gomez, 27, Ecuador, has jumped 56 places to be ranked World No 197 with 260 points after winning an ATP Challenger title in USA on April 28, 2019.

Roberto Carballes Baena, 26, Spain, has jumped 18 places to be ranked World No 86 with 652 points after reaching the quarter-finals of Barcelona Open last week.
