Police yet to ascertain who slit the throat of youth

Motihari :  The East Champaran police on Thursday recovered  a youth lying near  western  gate of Motihari railway station  on M S College road with his throat slit. He was admitted  to Motihari Sadar  hospital  in critical condition by the police. The  youth was later identified as Ravi  Sahni  of
adjoining Majuraha village . Police are yet to ascertain whether he himself  slit  his throat  or was attacked by criminals. No one  is witness to this incident  though it took place on a busy road.
