Muzaffarpur: Blackmarketing of Public Distribution System (PDS) rice has come to the surface under Sakra block in Muzaffarpur district. The locals intercepted a pick-up van carrying 40 bags of rice at Gopalpur Khurd in Rupanpatti Mathurapur panchayat under Sakra block on November 22 and informed police alleging the PDS dealer was blackmarketing rice. Police seized the van and took its driver under their custody.
