Ara : Bhojpur police, on a tip off, conducted raids at village Nathmalpur under Barhara police station on July 27, 2017, and seized 535 bottles of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) though the liquor smugglers managed to escape.
SHO, Barhara police station, Manoj Kumar said that police got information that a consignment of liquor from Himachal Pradesh was brought via river Ganga and was kept at the poultry form of Chandan Sah and Bhola Sah, sons of Krishana Sah, at village Nathmalpur. He said that on the direction of Bhojpur SP Kshatranil Singh, a police team conducted raid at the village and seized the foreign liquor.
