Bagaha : Police seized 182 bottles of IMFL and 9 litres of countrymade liquor and arrested six persons including four liquor sellers under different police stations in Bagaha police district in a special drive. Police sources said that 176 bottles of IMFL were recovered from the possession of a motorbike Yogender Yadav of village Khairatawa under Bagaha police station at Ratawal-Dhandha bridge by SHO, Dhandha police station, Rajesh Kumar. The bottles were hidden in two small milk containers.
SHO, Piprasi police station, Sunil Kumar arrested Guddu Nishad with 6 bottles of IMFL from Kataki Check -post while Sampat Chaudhary of Khair Pokhara under Bagaha police station was arrested from village Borawal with eight litres of country liquor by Pathakauli police. Vijay Musahar was arrested with one litre of countrymade liquor from Rampur forest Check- post by Laukaria police. Two boozers Amajad Mian and Saroj Yadav were also arrested. All he arrested persons were sent to Bettiah district jail, sources said.
