Police seize 111 kg Ganja, two cars in Buxar

Buxar : Police seized 111 kg of Ganja and two Santro cars near Kesath bus stand under Nawanagar police station in Buxar district on September 9, 2018, morning.

DSP, Dumraoo, K K Singh said that police had gone to Kesath Bus Stand in search of fans, battery, inverter stolen from Nawanagar +2 High School when two Santro cars tried to overtake the police jeep. Later, the drivers of the cars escaped leaving the cars behind near the bus stand. When police searched the cars, 111 kg of Ganja was found packed  in the cars.

The DSP further said that police also succeeded in recovering 15 fans, one inverter, one battery, one pump starter from the outskirts of Govindapur in Buxar district. These articles were stolen from the school.
