Ara : Police recovered a woman from near Bampali under Gagrajganj Police Outpost in Bhojpur district and brought her over to Ara. Later, police sent her to the Short-stay home at Ara. The woman was identified as Basanti Sen, wife of Prasenjeet Sen of village Sehuli under Salboni police station in Medanipur district in West Bengal.

SHO, Gajrajganj Oupost, Manish Kumar, said that he got information that a 30 year old woman was sitting in front of Mount Litera Public School at Bampali under Gajrajganj Police Outpost. He immediately rushed to the spot and tried to know about her but he could not understand her language. Meanwhile, a passerby who was a Bengali, said that the woman was speaking in Bengali language. The woman told the passerby her and her husband’ names and also about her residence. The SHO said that he informed her family members but was still clueless as to how she reached here.
