Police fish out 4 bodies from canal at Rohtas village

Sasaram : Rohtas police fished out bodies of a woman and her three daughters from a canal at Amethi Rajwaha near Nokha in Rohtas district on September 10, 2019, and brought the bodies over to Sasaram Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. The identity of the deceased is still to be ascertained.

Rohtas SP said that on the information of locals, police rushed to the canal at Amethi Rajwaha near Nokha on September 10   morning and found bodies of a woman and three girls floating in the water. Police fished out the bodies and brought them over to Sasaram Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.  The SP said that police were trying to establish identity of the deceased and also to know the reason behind their death.

On the other hand, locals said that the woman committed suicide along with her three daughters  but they could not say as to from where they had come.
