Ara : Bhojpur police arrested seven miscreants when they were planning to loot goods laden trucks on Sandesh-Kajichak main road and also recovered two countrymade pistols, three live cartridges, two motorcycles, a POS machine, and Rs 2,500 cash on December 16, 2021, evening.
Bhojpur SP Vinay Tiwari said that he got information that some armed miscreants were looting trucks at pistol point after which he directed the SHO, Sandesh police station (PS) to arrest them. Police immediately swung into action and conducted raid on Sandesh-Kajichak main road. Seeing police, the miscreants tried to escape but cops arrested seven of them.
The arrested miscreants were identified as Rahul Kumar of village Pawar, Deepak Kumar Chandravanshi of Paharpur Khurd village, Deepak Kumar and Sonu Kumar of Pawanaa village under Pawana PS, Nandan alias Ravinandan of Sambhal Tola under Piro PS, Raju Singh of Kurmuri village under Sikarhatta PS, and Akshay Kumar of Sunderpur village under Sandesh PS in Bhojpur Distric in South Bihar.
