Bagaha : Seven persons have been made named and another 400 persons unnamed accused in a case lodged with Bagaha police station in connection with brickbatting between two groups under Ward No 24 of Nagar Parishad, Bagaha, over installing an electric bulb at local Bramasthan on November 5, 2018. The case was lodged by a Sub-Inspector (SI) of Town Police Station, Bagaha, B K Tripathi.
SP, Bagaha police district, Arbind Kumar Gupta, SDM, Bagaha, Ghanshyam Meena, SDPO Sanjiv Kumar and other officials with armed forces soon reached the spot and brought the situation under control. Four persons : Kalimullah, Shefaitullah, Guddu Upadhyay, and Chhote Babu Singh were arrested and sent to Bagaha Jail on November 6, 2018. Armed force under a magistrate have been deployed at the place of occurrence to maintain peace there, said SP Gupta.
