Bagaha : A Madanpur Forests Range Team led by Forester Satrughan Prasad arrested a suspected poacher Brajesh Kumar Bind with 5kg of Venison from Sirsia forest in Valmikinagar Tiger Reserve (VTR) under Naurangia Police station on August 20, 2019, evening, in Bagaha police district.
Madanpur Forests Range Officer B K Darad informed that when the poachers, after killing a wild deer, were distributing the meat among themselves, the team reached the spot and arrested one of the five poachers Brajesh Kumar Bind with 5 kg of Venison. The rest 4 poachers managed to escape in deep forest and were being searched on the basis of the statement of arrested poacher, Darad said.
