PMC carrying out Spl Santitation drive

Patna : Patna Municipal Corporation (PMC) is carrying out anti-encroachment drive under its 4 circles to keep the state capital clean and hygenic. The anti-encroachment drive, now a month old, aims to remove encroachments in slums only where it is required not all the households. Cattle- sheds are also under radar although inviting some scrutiny from their owners. Local police are extending help in the drive.

The PMC through its sanitation workers conducted a Special Sanitation and Cleanliness drive in the Civil Court, BEd college, Ashok Rajpath and near St. Joseph High School areas on July 15, 2018. The PMC conducts such sanitation and cleanliness drive every Sunday morning, said the deputy commissioner, PMC, Vishal Anand.
