PMC asks people lodging complaints with Combat Cell to talk to Circle Officer

Patna : Deputy Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation (PMC), Vishal Anand, on September 11, 2018,  said that the people who have lodged complaint with the Combat Cell of corporation regarding civic problems in their areas  should directly talk to the Executive Officers of the respective circle if the complaints or civic grievances are not addressed within 24 hours.

Deputy Commissioner Anand, however, he said that response to the queries would depend on nature of the complaints. Elaborating, he said that complaints like choked chambers and waterlogging can be resolved within 24 hours but the same can’t be guaranteed about road construction. The Combat Cell had received 29 complaints regarding civic issued during last 48 hours but they are still under consideration.
