New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on October 28, 2019, prayed for the safe rescue of Sujith Wilson, 2. The PM said that he had spoken to Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Dr Edappadi Palanisamy regarding the rescue efforts underway to save Sujith. He adds that every effort is being made to ensure that he is safe, according to a PIB release.
Sujith,2, fell into an abandoned Borewell at Nadukattupatti in Tiruchirapalli District in Tamil Nadu on October 25, 2019. He remains stuck in Borwell nearly 100 feet below ground.
