PM Modi condoles loss of lives in bus accident in Maharashtra

New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on July 28, 2018, condoled the loss of lives due to a bus accident in Raigad district of Maharashtra. “Pained by the loss of lives due to a bus accident in Maharashtra’s Raigad district. My condolences to those who lost their loved ones,”, the Prime Minister said, according to a PIB release.

It may be mentioned here that a bus, on its way to a hill station, fell into a gorge in Raigad district of Maharashtra on July 28 afternoon in which 33 passengers died. The bus was carrying 34 staff members of an agriculture university in the Konkan region. It fell into a 500-feet deep gorge at Ambenali Ghat near Poladpur town.
