Patna : Bihar CM Nitish Kumar inaugurated the three-day Bihar Diwas function at Patna Gandhi Maidan on March 22, 2017. The theme of Bihar Diwas function in 2017 is `Addiction free Bihar’. Incidentally, RJD chief Lalu Prasad, former CM Rabri Devi, Deputy CM Tejaswi Prasad Yadav and Health minister Tej Pratap Yadav were conspicuous by their absence at the inaugural function. Tejaswi, however, said that he was not well on the day. PM Narendra Modi greeted the people of Bihar on Bihar Diwas. “Greetings to the people of Bihar on Bihar Diwas. My Best Wishes,” the Prime Minister said.
