PM congratulates Sanjita Chanu on winning gold medal at CWG

New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on April 6, 2018, congratulated Weightlifter K Sanjita Chanu on winning the Gold Medal at Commonwealth Games.

The PM, according to a PIB release, said, “A second Gold for India! Congratulations to K Sanjita Chanu on winning the Gold Medal in the Women’s 53 kg weightlifting event. The nation is overjoyed by this exemplary performance.”
