Patna: Union minister for medium and  small scale industries Kalraj Mishra on Friday regretted rising crimes in Bihar and said people were not feeling safe. He was speaking at the Vikash Parva  programme to mark the two years of Narendra Modi led NDA government. The BJP organised the programme at Ravindra Bhavan  Patna. Mishra highlighted some of the popular scheme launched in last two years by the union government. BJP’s national general secretary Kailash Vijayvarghiya also addressed the party workers. The BJP had earlier planned the programme on a big scale at all divisional headquarters.
