Buxar : Patients were a harried at Buxar Sadar Hospital and other private clinics as all the doctors observed day long on June 6, 2017, to press their demand for security to them. All doctors abstained refrained from their duty and did not examine the patients.
Buxar District President of Indian Medical Association (IMA) Dr Mahendra Prasad said that the doctors are on pen down strike demanding security and safety to the doctors and amendments in the Clinical Establishment Act. Working in Ara Sadar Hospital was also hampered and patients had to face a lot of problems due to strike by the doctors.
