Patna : Pakistan were 420/7 at lunch on Day 3 in their first innings in 1st Test against Bangladesh at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Rawalpindi, Pakistan, on February 9, 2020, with Haris Sohail unbeaten on 54 hitting 6 fours and a six and fast bowler Shaheen Afridi 3 not out. Resuming at their overnight score of 342/3, Pakistan lost four wickets including that of Babar Azam in the first session of play on Day 3.
Babar Azam fell to fast medium bowler Abu Jayed for 143, his overnight score, with 19 fours and a six making it 342/4. Asad Shafiq fell to medium fast bowler Ebadot Hossain for 65 with 9 fours and it was 353/5. Mohammad Rizwan fell to fast bowler Rubel Hossain for 10 making it 374/6. Yasir Shah also fell to Rubel Hossain for 5 and it was415/7.
Pakistan lead by 187 runs. Bangladesh were all out for 233 in their first innings on Day 1.
