Ara : A middleage man was killed and eight others were injured four of them seriously when a speeding jeep overturned on the road near village Zamira on Chandi-Zamira main road under Chandi police station in Bhojpur district on July 19, 2017, morning. Later, police brought the body to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem and admitted the injured there.
SHO, Chandi Police Station, said that an overloaded jeep was going to Ara from Akhgaon Bazaar under Chandi police station but the driver lost control over the steering and the vehicle overturned on the road near Zamira village killing a middleage person on the spot. The deceased was yet to be identified.
