Buxar: The sleuths of vigilance investigation bureau arrested Assistant Director, Child Protection Unit, Satyendra Kumar Singh, on Thursday for allegedly taking bribe of Rs 50,000 from an Angandadi Sevika, Poona Kumari . He was sent to jail on Friday. The vigilance team also arrested Sudhir, driver of the Assistant Director as the Assistant Director had taken the amount through the driver.
