Patna: Former chief minister Rabri Devi was the first person to greet her husband and RJD president Lalu Prasad on his 69th birthday on Saturday. Lalu’s family released a photo of Lalu in his bedroom being greeted by Rabri and daughter Dr Misa Bharti at midnight at their 10,Circular Road residence.
Rabri wished him 100 years life in the interests of the people of India and people of Bihar. Bihar CM Nitish Kumar went to Lalu’s residence to wish him happy birthday. Lalu’s two ministers son,Tejpratap and Tejeshwai, were also present along with RJD leaders including state president Ramchandra Purve on the occasion. Lalu’s supporters visited Mahabir Mandir near Patna junction and offered prayers. They also distributed sweets under the leadership of a party legislator.
