Bagaha: Bihar CM Nitish Kumar is likely to visit Binawalia, a Tharu dominated village under Bagaha -2 Block in West Champaran district, on May 22, 2018, to inaugurate the 40th Tharu convention organised by Tharu Welfare Federetion (TWF). TWF President Deepnarain Prasad on May 19, 2018, said that necessary preparations were being made in this connection.
Sources at Valmiki Tiger Reserve (VTR) said that the chief minister will inaugurate some eco -tourism development schemes, which have been completed to attract tourists, the same day. The VTR authorities have kept 6 AC rooms of a dormitory, four flats and Valmiki Bihar hotel ready for the purpose. During his short VTR visit, the CM will see the wildlife including four trained elephants brought over here from Karnataka. The elephants will offer garland to the CM on the occasion.
