Netherland delegation insteracts with BIA members

Patna : A two-member delegation of investors from Netherland comprising Rene Haveman and Peter Van Stijn reached Patna on February 17 to explore possibility of investment in Bihar. Both Rene and Peter reached Bihar Industries Association (BIA) premises to interact with BIA members the same day. They discussed investment possibilities in Bihar with the BIA members. Director( Technical development), Industries department, Bihar, Ravindra Prasad, and  a Joint Director of State Agriculture department were also present during the meeting. The Netherland delegation informed BIA members that their organisation Terri Agric was working on a plan to invest Rs 400 crore years in Bihar in next five years including milk production. They said that the investors would like to set up Hi-tech breeding centres in Bihar to promote cow rearing.
