Sitamarhi: Saroj Kumar, 30, a resident of ward-9 Malangwa, in Sarlahi district, Nepal, died in an accident near village Chilra under Sonbarsa police station in Sitamarhi district, Bihar, on February 21 night when an unidentified vehicle rammed an auto carrying him and seven others to Nepal. Saroj succumbed to his injuries on way to the hospital.

Saroj and seven others were returning to Nepal in an autorickshaw after visiting village Bagahi religious Mela in Sitamarhi district. Seven injured persons are recovering at different hospitals of Sitamarhi town. Out of seven injured, six persons belong to Nepal. Sonbarsa police are searching for the vehicle that dashed the auto.
