Bagaha : Hundreds of National Democratic Alliance (NDA) workers on March 4, 2017, staged a day long dharna on the premises of Ambedkar statue, Bagaha, and demanded immediate removal of Excise and Registration minister  Abdul Jalil Mastan from Bihars cabinet for using derogatory language against PM Narendra Modi.
Bhupnarain Yadav, vice president of Bagaha unit of BJP presided over the dharna.
Many NDA leaders and workers including Satish Chandra Dubey, BJP MP from Valmikinagar, Bagaha MLA Raghav Sharan Pandey, Sanjay Pandey, Deepak Rahi, Lalbabu Prasad, Haridwar Mastana, Omnidhi Vats, Shrikishun Musahar and others spoke on the occasion. They said if CM Nitish Kumar does not sack Mastan from the state cabinet, the NDA will launch a massive agitation to dislodge Nitish government, which has been failed on every front law and order, they said.
