Madhubani: NDA supported candidate Sheela Mandal is the new Chairperson of Madhubani Zila Parishad. In a triangular contest held on Thursday, she got 22 votes while her nearest Grand Alliance rival Meena Kumari got 16. The third contestant, Anita Yadav, supported by a section of Congressmen could secure only 15 votes. Three votes were
