Bokaro ( Jharkhand) : More than 15 armed naxalites blew up the house of Jivlal Mahto, a para-teacher posted under naxal infested Gomia block in Bokaro district in Jharkhand, at 2 am on March 15, 2017, by planting explosives branding the teacher as police informer. The incident took place at village Baltharwa in Pachmo panchayat under Rahawan police station, 85 km away from Bokaro steel city.
Shouting slogans in favour of maoist organization, the armed naxalites pulled out Mahto from his house and then exploded the house after planting several explosives of the house. Before escaping, the naxalites left few posters supporting the naxalite group. Bermo ASP Sanjay Kumar confirmed the incident. Security forces including CRPF and district cops started search operation to nab the naxalites after the sunrise.
