Patna : The Special Task Force (STF) of Bihar police has arrested Siddhu Koda, a Naxalite carrying a
reward of Rs 10 lakh on his head in Jharkhand and Rs 1 lakh in Bihar, from a railway station in Dumka in Jharkhand state. Two automatic rifles : an AK 47 and an INSAS, were seized from the possession of Koda,  a resident of Chakai block in Jamui District in Bihar.

Siddhu Koda was brought over to Jamui and sent to jail after being produced before a court, according to Jamui SP. 
An STF team had gone to Dumka to arrest him on a tip-off,  police said on February 22, 2020. Koda, a zonal commander of the banned  CPI (Maoist), was allegedly involved in several high-profile naxal attacks.
