Muzaffarpur: The number of Dengue cases detected in Muzaffarpur district has increased to 32. But, the district administration is yet to start fogging in the affected areas causing resentment among the people. DM Dharmendra Singh had issued directive for fogging. But, Civil Surgeon Dr Lalita Singh refuses to speak on the matter. The district unit of Malaria eradication unit is also silent on the matter. No primary health centre (PHC) has kits for Elisa test available with it. Superintendent of Sri Krishna Medical College Hospital (SKMCH), Muzaffarpur, Dr G K Thakur, however, said that all the arrangements have been made at the hospital for treatment of Dengue. There is no reason to panic, Dr Thakur said.
