Patna : World No 18 Stand Wawrinka, 34, Switzerland, and World No 243 Andy Murray, 32, UK, reached the final of ATP European Cup at Antwerp, Belgium, on October 19, 2019, evening.

Stan Wawrinka, the 4th seed, beat World No 119 Jannik Sinner, 18, Italy, in straight sets  to enter the final of ATP Europen Cup.  Wawrinka, the winner of three Grand Slam singles titles, beat Sinner 6-3, 6-2 in 65 minutes in the first semi-finals on October 19.

Wawrinka won 4 break points in the match to 1 by Sinner. He also fired 8 Aces in the match to 1 by the Italian. The Swiss won 5 games in a row to 2 by Sinner. Wawrinka won 34 service points to 26 by the Italian.

In the second semi-finals, World No 243 Andy Murray, 32, UK, the winner of three Grand Slam titles, beat World No 70 Ugo Humbert, 21, France in three-sets 3-6, 7-6, 6-2 in 2hr 22 minutes. Murray has reached his first ATP final after returning from a long injury lay off. Murray w on 4 break points in the match to 2 by Humbert. Murray fired 6 Aces in the match to 9 by the French. Murray also won 5 games in a row to 3 by Humbert.
