Madhepura: Murliganj primary agriculture credit society (PACS) chairman and Gangapur ward 6 resident Manish Yadav alias Babbi Kumar, 40, was shot dead by unidentified criminals on January 5 evening. Body was sent to Madhepura Sadar hospital for post-mortem. He was rushed to Murliganj primary health centre (PHC) soon after he was shot at but doctor on duty Dr Rajesh Kumar declared him after examining him.0
Manish was taking a stroll behind his house when four bike borne criminals riding two bikes fired at him. SHO, Murliganj police station, Rajesh Kumar reached the PHC to take stock of the situation and soon police started conducting raids to arrest the suspects.
