Patna : US President Donald Trump lavished praise on PM Narendra Modi on September 22, 2019, late night, amidst loud cheers from over 50,000 crowd present at NRG Stadium, Houston, Texas, USA. PM Modi delivered his ‘Howdy Modi’ address to the thundering claps from the crowd which lapped his every word. Trump described PM Modi as a great leader and his friend. HE said India has a friend in Trump.
The crowd greeted PM Modi with almost an unending cheers. PM too greeted the crowd with folded hands. PM Modi said,.” We are witnessing history in the making as well as the Chemistry.” He described President Trump as a great friend of India. He said that the Government of India is creating a transparent eco-system to accelerate the pace of development. PM Modi said that the terrorists were misusing Article 370.
The PM said that time has come to fight a decisive battle against terrorism. He said that President Trump is with us in this mission. Modi asked the crowd to a standing ovation to President Trump for standing against terror. He said that Pakistan’s politics is centred on hatred.
