Patna : Mithilesh Kumar, an IAS officer of 2006 batch and Additional Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, Bihar Government, on transferred on July 11, 2018, and appointed Director SC & ST Welfare Department. The General Administration Department (GAD) issued a notification to this effect on July 11. Mithilesh Kumar will also hold additional charge of Joint Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat Department, until further order.
