Missing Rohtas girl rescued at Ara

Ara : Bhojpur police rescued a school student from the clutches of a professional dancer in Pakari locality under Nawada police station, Ara, and also arrested the dancer Rimjhim on December 29 evening.

SHO, Nawada police station, Neyaz Ahamad said that a matric student Julie (name changed) had  been missing from her village Bahuara under Karakat police station in Rohtas district since December 24, 2016. Her family members searched for her everywhere and when they failed to locate her, her father Md. Usman Ansari lodged a named FIR against Md Talim with Karakat police station on December 27, 2016.

The SHO said that Rimjhim, wife of Mukesh Yadav of Maliabagh in Rohtas district, had brought the girl to Ara on December 28 and kept her at the house her friend Aarti in Pakari locality. She was to take the girl to Benguluru and  Chennai with her to push her into flesh trade there and tickets were being booked. Meanwhile, Pintu Rai, husband of Aarti, smelt rat and came to know about the conspiracy. He immediately informed police on mobile. Police swung into action and raided the house where the girl was kept. Police recovered the girl and arrested Rimjhim. Later, police handed over both of them to Rohtas police.

The SHO said that Julie escaped from her home on December 24, 2016, and fell into trap of an autorickshaw driver Tiger at Bikramganj, who brought her to his friend Langad. Both kept the girl at different places in Rohtas district for two days and then handed her over to Rimjhim, who brought the girl to Ara to go Chennai and Bengaluru.
