Sasaram : Modesty of a minor girl was outraged at a village under Bikramganj police station in Rohtas district on January 5, 2020. A named FIR has been lodged with Bikramganj police station against Krishna Murari Pandey under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. Later, police arrested him in a drunken state and sent him to jail.
SHO, Bikramganj police station, Atvendra Kumar, said that the girl had gone to the shop of Krishna Murari Pandey of the village to buy something but the shop-keeper dragged her inside the shop and outraged her modesty. When the girl returned home, she narrated her ordeal before her family members.
