Patna : Mumbai Indians (MI) scored a modest 168/6 against Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the 47th match of IPL 2018 at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai, on May 13, 2018, night, riding on 60 in 42 ball with 4 fours and 4 sixes by opener Evin Lewis, 26, and  38 in 31 ball with 7 fours by his opening partner Suryakumar Yadav. Lewis and Suryakumar Yadav were involved in 87 run stand for the first wicket in 10.4 overs.

MI were going at an excellent rate but departure of their captain Rohit Sharma for a duck slowed their scoring rate considerably. Wicketkeeper Ishan Kishan was also out for 12 only while Krunal Pandya was out for 3 only. MI reached 168/6 thanks to allrounder Hardik Pandya’s 36 in 21 ball with 3 fours and 2 sixes. Ben Cutting, 31, Australia,  remained not out on 10 hitting a six.

For RR, Ben Stokes took 2/26 in 4 overs while Jofra Archer took 2/16 in 4 overs. Dhawal Kulkarni took 1/43 in 4 overs while Jaydev Unadkat took 1/37 in 4 overs.
