Maoist carrying Rs 50,000 reward on head arrested in Aurangabad

Aurangabad : Police on September 10, 2017, morning arrested a  self-styled area commander of CPI (Maoist) Satyendra Paswan carrying a reward of Rs 50,000 on his head from NTPC area in Aurangabad district. Aurangabad SP Dr Satya Prakash said that Satyendra Paswan was involved in 20 cases of naxal violence including Dhibra incident in which eight cops were killed in 2016 in a landmine blast. The SP said  that Satyendra Paswan was operating in NTPC area for sometime for levy collection and was planning to a major strike somewhere.
